Refund policy

1. Refund Policy

All sales are final on subscription orders. By purchasing from Snatched, you irrevocably agree that no refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued except where legally mandated by applicable consumer protection law. This policy supersedes any implied or customary return rights.

2. Limited Return Eligibility

Returns are only considered if an item arrives physically broken, defective, or materially different from its product description.

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • After 14 days, all sales are final without exception.
  • You must provide uninterrupted, timestamped video evidence of the unboxing process, clearly showing the defect or discrepancy.
  • Photographs or written descriptions alone are not accepted.
  • Email your request to mysnatchedskin@gmail.com with the subject line: “RETURN REQUEST – [Order Number]”.

3. Return Authorization & Requirements

All returns require pre-authorization via email. Unauthorized returns will be discarded or returned to sender at the customer’s expense, with no refund issued.
If a return is authorized:

  • Customer pays 100% of return shipping costs using a trackable and insured carrier.
  • The item must be returned in its original, sealed, unopened packaging. If the seal is broken, the return is void.
  • A 50% restocking and inspection fee will be deducted from any refund.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • The return must be received by us within 7 calendar days of authorization. Late returns are rejected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Absolutely no returns or refunds for:

  • Opened, used, tried-on, altered, or damaged items.
  • Buyer’s remorse, incorrect size/color selection, or order errors.
  • Digital products, downloadable content, gift cards, or custom/personalized items.
  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items.
  • Any item where the original packaging has been opened or tags removed.

5. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only possible within 15 minutes of placing the order, and only if the order has not yet entered processing. Once an order is processed (including label creation), cancellations are not permitted.

6. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Snatched is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Carrier errors, customs delays, or import fees.
  • Minor variations in product color or texture due to screen settings.
    Customers must resolve shipping issues directly with the carrier. No refunds or replacements will be issued for late, lost, or stolen deliveries.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is issued (solely at Snatched’s discretion and in compliance with law), it will be processed within 30–60 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, minus all applicable fees.

8. Policy Changes & Final Discretion

Snatched reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. All return and refund decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Snatched management.
