SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

Snatched works with a network of fulfillment partners to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. Because we prioritize availability and quality control across multiple facilities, delivery timelines can vary depending on product demand, destination, and seasonal volume. By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge and accept the timelines and terms below.


PROCESSING TIMES

Order processing typically takes 1 to 5 business days after your order is placed. During high volume periods, launches, promotions, holidays, or restocks, processing may take longer. Processing time is separate from shipping time.


SHIPPING TIMES

After an order is processed, estimated delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days. Some orders may arrive sooner, and some may take longer depending on:

Carrier capacity and routing

Destination region and local delivery conditions

Weather or service disruptions

Customs processing for international orders

High versus low inventory allocation across fulfillment locations


If your order has not arrived within 21 business days after it has shipped, contact us and we will review the tracking details and assist you.


TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to update after the label is created. If tracking shows “label created” or “in transit” for several days, that is normal during carrier handoffs.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we may reship the package at the customer’s expense. Snatched is not responsible for delivery issues caused by address errors submitted at checkout.


PEAK VOLUME NOTICE

During peak traffic and promotional periods, both processing and delivery timelines can extend. If you need an order by a specific date, we recommend ordering well in advance.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive the package, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier first. If it still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a resolution at our discretion. Snatched is not responsible for theft after delivery.


REFUNDS AND SHIPPING FEES

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

If a refund is approved, refunds apply only to the item price paid, excluding shipping, handling, and any paid protection add ons.


If your order qualifies for a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, unused, and undamaged.


Note: Partial refunds may apply when items are returned used, damaged, missing components, or not in original condition. Any such adjustment will be communicated during the return review.


SUBSCRIPTIONS AND DISCOUNT TERMS

If you purchase a subscription, you are enrolling in recurring deliveries at the interval shown at checkout. Subscription discounts are offered in exchange for ongoing recurring billing. By subscribing, you authorize Snatched to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription schedule until you cancel.


Subscription orders are processed upon each billing cycle. Shipping fees for subscription shipments are not refundable. Refunds for subscription renewals are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case by case basis, especially when fulfillment has already begun or an order has shipped.


You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal before your next billing date to avoid future charges. If you cancel after a renewal is processed, that renewal may still ship.
