Terms of service
-
No Refunds Except as Stated. Except as expressly provided in this section, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds, and you expressly waive any right to a refund except where required by applicable law.
-
30‑Day Return Window (Unopened Only). We will accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met: (a) a written return authorization (RMA) is issued by us prior to return; (b) the request for an RMA is made within thirty (30) days of the shipment date; (c) the product is returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused, undamaged, with all seals intact; and (d) you provide proof of purchase and shipment tracking. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 30% of the purchase price) and to deduct any shipping costs from any credit issued.
-
Opened, Used, or Altered Items Void Return Rights. Any product that has been opened, unsealed, used, applied to the body or face, altered, washed, or shows signs of use is strictly non‑returnable and non‑refundable. By opening any sealed product you expressly acknowledge that return rights are void. This policy includes, but is not limited to, cosmetics, skincare, topical products, and any hygiene-related items.
-
Hygiene and Health Products. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, all skincare, cosmetic, topical, and face/applied products are final sale and non‑returnable if the seal has been broken or the product shows any evidence of use. No exceptions.
-
Defective or Damaged Items. If you receive an item that is materially defective or damaged in transit, you must notify us within three (3) business days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. If we confirm the defect or shipping damage, we will, at our option, replace the item or issue a store credit. We are not responsible for damage after delivery or for products used after delivery.
-
Return Shipping and Risk. Return shipments must be sent via a trackable carrier at your expense unless we expressly instruct otherwise. Risk of loss remains with you until we receive the returned item and inspect it.
-
Authorization and Refusal. We may refuse any return that does not strictly comply with these terms. Any credit issued will be at our sole discretion and processed only after inspection and confirmation of compliance with all return conditions.
CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES, AND PAYMENT DISPUTE PROCEDURE
-
Pre‑Dispute Requirement. Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer, you must (a) contact us at mysnatchedskin@gmail.com and (b) allow us thirty (30) calendar days to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without first complying with these notice and cure requirements is a breach of these Terms and may be treated as theft or fraud.
-
Chargebacks Strictly Controlled. We vigorously contest any chargeback or reversal that violates these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, you authorize us to (a) provide transaction records, delivery confirmation, communications, return inspection photos, or other evidence to your card issuer or payment processor; and (b) recover any chargeback fees, penalties, and associated costs from you. You agree to indemnify us for all chargeback fees, legal costs, and collection expenses incurred as a result of any chargeback you initiate that is resolved in favor of the issuer or acquirer.
-
Evidence Requirement. To be eligible for any remedy, you must provide reasonable evidence supporting your claim (including but not limited to photos, video, medical notes in the case of injury, and proof of compliance with storage/usage instructions).
PRODUCT USE, WARNINGS, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
-
Use At Your Own Risk; Patch Test Required. Our products, especially skincare and facial products, are topical. You assume all risk from use. You agree to perform a patch test prior to full application and discontinue use immediately if irritation or adverse reaction occurs.
-
No Liability for Personal Use. You acknowledge products applied to the face or body carry inherent risk. By purchasing and using any product, you release SNATCHED and its affiliates from liability for any adverse reaction, allergic reaction, or other harm resulting from use, except as required by applicable law. Any claim related to bodily injury must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the incident and be accompanied by medical documentation. Failure to provide timely notice voids any claim.
-
Maximum Remedy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to product use, purchase, or these Terms is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ENFORCEMENT
-
Remedies Cumulative. Our remedies under these Terms are cumulative, in addition to any other remedies available at law or equity. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs for violations of these Terms, including improper chargebacks.
-
Cooperation with Payment Processors. You agree that we may cooperate with banks, payment processors and card networks in investigating and defending disputes, and we may share your information to defend against fraud or chargebacks.
-
Governing Law and Venue. These provisions remain subject to the governing law and venue clause of the Terms. If any portion of these provisions is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will survive to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ADDITIONAL NOTICES
- We reserve sole discretion to make exceptions, issue refunds or credits, or modify this policy at any time. Any exceptions will be documented in writing.
- These policies do not limit any non‑waivable consumer rights required by applicable law.
