General Policy All sales are considered final at the time of purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy or required by applicable law. By completing a purchase on mysnatched.com, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Opened or Used Items Once an item’s original packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with, it is no longer eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Proof of unopened condition may be required for any return request.
Return Process for Eligible Items If a return is authorized under this policy or by law, the customer is responsible for:
- Contacting customer service within 3 calendar days of delivery to initiate a return request.
- Providing proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the item’s condition.
- Shipping the item back to us at their own expense using a trackable shipping method.
- Ensuring the item is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
Refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item, which may take up to 15 business days. A restocking fee of 20% may apply to all authorized returns.
Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account portal. However, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that shipment. No refunds will be issued for subscription deliveries already processed or shipped prior to cancellation.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once payment has been collected in full or once the order has entered the fulfillment stage. If a pre-order is canceled before fulfillment, any partial deposit may be refunded at our discretion, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Try Before You Buy For "try before you buy" items, if the item is not returned in its original unopened condition within the specified trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically. Returns must be initiated before the trial ends and received by us within the return window—no exceptions.
Non-Refundable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Opened software, digital downloads, or personalized/customized products.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance."
- Any product where the packaging has been opened, unless defective.
Discretionary Refunds mysnatched.com reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. All refund decisions are final.
