30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible your item must be:
Unused and in original condition
In the original Olas packaging
Free from damage caused after delivery

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, we take full responsibility.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo
and we will send a replacement or full refund.
No return shipping required.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.
